The only relvant point is the slaalry increase, good job!
Everything else? Who cares!
The two ‘represenative’ sides only fight about how much or how little salary emplyoees should get. 
Real things like, the education level, intern reembursments or actual work hours of employees are not consdiered…
People who only pretend to ‘know’ what daycare is, make rules and then the rest of have to suffer.
Why not ask actual daycares about what they think instead of a paid organization.
